The theme for our September story slam was GOOSEBUMPS and featured seven storytellers. We heard stories about haunted houses, ghosts, and a psychotic cat who looked like Norman Bates. Our MC for the evening was our 2017 Grand Slam champ Eileen Joyce, who joined us from her parents’ home on Whidbey Island, Washington. The evening resulted in a tie between Michael Sirianni and Rita Whitney.

Michael and Rita each won an exclusive York Story Slam journal from our friends at Story Supply Co. and earned the last spots in our Grand Slam in November.
