The theme for our July story slam was ROAD TRIP and featured eight storytellers. We heard stories about teenage shenanigans, traveling in beat-up clunker automobiles, and sidekicks with names like Fry, Fish, and Foot. The evening was hosted by our 2016 Grand Slam champ (and Grand Slam MC ever since) Brad Jennings, who joined us from his home in Northern Virginia. The evening resulted in a tie between Steph Holmes and Jamie Beth Cohen.

Steph and Jamie Beth each won an exclusive York Story Slam journal from our friends at Story Supply Co. and earned spots in our Grand Slam in November.
