2021 SEASON 

York Story Slam is held the third Tuesday of each month. Due to COVID-19, we are hosting our slams virtually until further notice. We host our virtual events via Zoom webinar, so you can see the storytellers, but the audience is not visible on the screen. Pre-registration is required, and automatically generates your unique link to watch. You'll click the link at the scheduled time from your laptop, tablet, or phone to join the call. You may wish to download the Zoom app if you don’t already have it, but it is not necessary to participate – if you don’t have it, the call will launch in your web browser. The app does give you access to more features, like voting for your favorite storyteller at the end of the evening.

There is no charge to register. The event is pay-what-you-can; we will gratefully accept contributions and put them toward future events, but a donation is not required to attend and enjoy the virtual slam. If you’d like to give, you may do so either via Venmo during the event, or click the Donate tab above for details on how to make a tax-deductible gift by check.
